Ascot Expands Houston Office

Ascot Underwriting is expanding its Houston office following 2008's hurricane activity.

Mark Glade, formerly an Energy underwriter with American Offshore Insurance Syndicate, has joined Ascot's Houston office (AUI). Mark started his insurance career in 1985 and has been underwriting offshore energy business for the past 12 years in the domestic American market. Mark has managed a world-wide portfolio of energy business and is well-known to Houston Energy brokers.

Jason Keen, formerly located in Ascot Asia, will also be relocating to AUI (Houston) in early 2009 as Property underwriter. Jason joined Ascot in 2006 as an underwriter within the Property team and moved to Singapore at the start of 2007 to lead the development of our Property Account in Asia Pacific.
